What data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: your name, e-mail address and the content of your message.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this data solely to respond to your enquiries. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in communicating with visitors.
Storage
Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (database and file storage) with servers in the European Union. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Retention
We keep messages only as long as necessary to respond and for our records, after which we delete them.
Photos for the "Become a legend" feature (study)
If you use the face-swap feature ("Become an Oltenia legend"), you voluntarily upload a photo of your face. We use it solely to generate the images you request. Generation is performed by Replicate, Inc. as a processor, which may involve temporarily transferring the image to its servers. Your uploaded photo and the generated images are stored in your account and are visible to the administrators as part of a study. You can delete them at any time from your account; deletion removes them permanently, including from the study. The legal basis is your explicit consent given at upload.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and the right to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, write to us at office@niualabs.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian Data Protection Authority (ANSPDCP).
